Outlook Folders display different language characters. (Names of standard folders in an Exchange mailbox, such as the Inbox, Sent Items, Public Folders, and so on, appear in different languages when seen from the client program. )

“When user logon to any computers anywhere to access his/her Outlook through outlook client and OWA, the default folders (Inbox, Sent Item and Deleted Item) show Chinese characters and some unknown characters."

Here "chinese & some unknow charactors" are the deviation.

Solution is to launch the outlook using the option outlook.exe /resetfoldernames from the “Start->Run”

“Resets default folder names (such as Inbox or Sent Items) to default names in the current Office user interface language.”
