SQL Server 2005 management studio connect to SQL Server 2008

The SQL Server 2005 management studio need to be at least SP1 or above. Recommend to upgrade to SP3 (by running SQL Server 2005 SP3 installer) Because there are common issue fixed by CU5 for SP2.

You can use Cumulative update package 5 for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 to upgrade SQL Server 2005 management studio to fix the connection problem of connect to SQL Server 2008.
