1. Clean install Build 10041(Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO March Update (Build 10041)) from ISO (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso-update-1503)
Remark: I try upgrade from 9926 to 10049 several time but still fail on this tablet (I able to upgrade on Lenovo X220 laptop)
2. Download and install all W4 driver one on one via the device manager
Download the PIPO W4 driver (http://pan.baidu.com/s/1c0bAzdA) or (http://www.pipo.cn/En/index.php?m=Product&a=show4&type=2&id=352)
3. Change to “fast ring” update and upgrade to 10049
4. Done
After upgrade successfully, you will able to use the Microsoft new browser – Project Spartan
