Create IBM ToolsCenter Bootable CD for “M1” x3xxx server firmware upgrade

To upgrade those “M1” x32xx, x35xx, x36xx, x38xx and x39xx IBM server, you need v2.31 (https://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=TOOL-BOMC)

Remark: You need Windows 7 to run this creation tools
