Warning: Do not power off the machine during BIOS upgrade, otherwise the machine will be broken.
The update for Windows Phone 10 Technical Preview release (10.0.12534.56) which is the critical update, after apply the update. The version number will change to 10.0.12534.59
1. Install the Windows Insider from store and click the “Get preview builds”
2. Select the “Insider Fast”
3. Accept
4. Your phone will be restart
Installation the upgrade to WP 10 Technical Preview
1. Go to settings –> phone update
2. Waiting the download
3. Press “Install” to install the (10.0.12534.56) Windows Phone 10 Technical Preview

After the phone reboot, unlock the phone

Once, the update sucess, you will receive the folloing message:

To upgrade those “M1” x32xx, x35xx, x36xx, x38xx and x39xx IBM server, you need v2.31 (https://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/docdisplay?lndocid=TOOL-BOMC)
Remark: You need Windows 7 to run this creation tools
1. Clean install Build 10041(Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO March Update (Build 10041)) from ISO (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso-update-1503)
Remark: I try upgrade from 9926 to 10049 several time but still fail on this tablet (I able to upgrade on Lenovo X220 laptop)
2. Download and install all W4 driver one on one via the device manager
Download the PIPO W4 driver (http://pan.baidu.com/s/1c0bAzdA) or (http://www.pipo.cn/En/index.php?m=Product&a=show4&type=2&id=352)
3. Change to “fast ring” update and upgrade to 10049
4. Done
After upgrade successfully, you will able to use the Microsoft new browser – Project Spartan
Possible reason:
1. You did not have local administrator privilege
2. You are using local account, not using Microsoft account
Solution:
1. Using a Microsoft account which is already register Windows Insider Program (https://insider.windows.com/) with local administrator privilege.
