Replace the fault P420i controller - 2GB Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC) memory module.
But you showed here is the HP Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC)! the controller is embedded. So you solution is to replace the HP Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC)helped? Pls advise.

Deletethe HP Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC) is the cause or the controller? As I am seeing is the the HP Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC) which is a card, so replace the the HP Flash Based Write Cache (FBWC) would help to resolve the problem you have?
