HP iLO 3 cannot upgrade firmware from 1.1x to 1.5x

HP iLO3 cannot upgrade firmward from 1.1x (e.g. 1.16) to 1.5x (e.g. 1.50)

Solution:

Upgrade the firmware from 1.1x to 1.26 or 1.28, then upgrade to 1.5x
