Solve issue on Win7 x64 - missing mscomctl.ocx

1. Copy the "mscomctl.ocx" to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (If the "mscomctl.ocx" is missing or corrupt)
2. Go to command prompt
3. cd C:\Windows\SysWOW64
4. regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx

If you get a Window that pops up and says, "DllRegisterServer in mscomctl.ocx succeeded" then click OK
Run the program again, it should be work.
