To make your Blackberry to support Chinese language, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to download Blackberry desktop software at http://www9.smartone-vodafone.com/BlackBerry/9800hwAsia_PBr6.0.0_rel695_PL6.4.0.105_A6.0.0.246_SiS__Hong_Kong_.exe
2. Install the Blackberry desktop software to your laptop (Please contact our IT colleague to install the software)
3. Connect your Blackberry 9800 to your laptop
4. Open the Blackberry desktop software.
5. Go to "Applications", to find the "East Asian Characters and Font Support" and "East Asian Language and Input support"
To Install those "Traditional Chinese Characters and Font Support" and Simplified Chinese Characters and Font Support" and the Chinese input method you prefer.
