Docker for windows - access denied and solution

After install "Docker for Windows" on Windows 10, you try to run it and receive the error message:

You are not allowed to use Docker

You must be in the "docker-users" group

Solutions:

1. Add your current user into the local user group - "docker-users"

2. Logoff and login again
