1. Go to “Control Panel” -> “Program and Features” -> “Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013”
2. Change
3. Add or remove features”
4. Go to “Microsoft Lync” -> select “Not available”
5. Open "CMD" and runas administrator
6. Enter "regedit"
7. Search the registry for any references to "Lync_CoreFiles" and deleted them. ( I find two in my machine)
8. You will able to install Lync 2010 now.
