Clearpass 6.11.10 not working (802.1x authentication failed) on Windows 11 24H2 (26100.1742)

Solution:
Apply Windows 11 CU July 2025 (KB5062553) (Around 2.34GB)
After upgrade the Windows 11 Build will become 26100.4652.
