Windows 10 (1803) - Explorer keep auto start or non responding after upgrade to .167

Checking:

1. Open “This PC

2. If you able to open the file explorer without issue, it should be the “Quick access”issue

Solution:

1. Open setting:

2.   Under “Privacy”- unselect two option “show...” and click “clear”

Issue resolved.
