RightFax 16.2 (RightFax 16 Enhancement Pack 2) didn't support O365 when outlook client enable cached mode

Since office 365 do not support “Foreign Connector”, it only provide “standard SMTP mail routing”, so that when using RightFax Outlook client in “cache mode” or Fax address book in outlook contact, the email cannot route to the Fax server.

RightFax Outlook client will use the email syntax similar to “[FAX:name@/FN=888]”, as this kind of format is not supported in standard SMTP routing so that it is not supported by Office 365.

Only the following conditions will work with O365:

As long as outlook users do not use the RightFax Outlook client in cache mode or Fax address book in outlook contact, and

1) use a standard SMTP syntax or

2) redirect these fax message to an email account, then adjust these message, and then redirect to Fax server.

There are workaround:
By forwarding the exchange email domain to another email domain that RightFax connected. And it works by using Fax Number@fax domain addressing
Meanwhile use RightFax Exchange Web Service (EWS) connector to connect O365
