Since some major antivirus did not support Windows 10 Insider build and some have compatibility issue with Insider build, I select F-Port Antivirus to run this quest and test the new features "limited Periodic scanning mode", after I install the F-Port and reboot the machine, I able to enable "limited Periodic scanning mode" and complete the quest tasks

On 14361, you will able to run the manual scan, but on 14342, you cannot run the manual scan.
Remark: It is not official support by F-Port Antivirus, it just for testing only (You need to check with F-Port if you want to use it in production in the future)
