How to upgrade Oracle Virtualbox 4.3.36 to 5.0.22 on Elementary OS 0.3.2?
Since the Elementary OS 0.3.2 based on Ubuntu 14.04, we need to use the Ubuntu 14.04 repository:
Step 1:
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian trusty contrib" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/virtualbox.list'
Step 2:
wget -q https://www.virtualbox.org/download/oracle_vbox.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
Step 3:
sudo apt-get update
Step 4:
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-5.0
Remark: Please backup all the VM before upgrade (To avoid any data loss)

How to use workaround solution to hardening Windows XP to against two critical vulnerability (MS16-063) and (MS16-077)?

Workaround:
1. Disable WINS/NetBT name resolution
2 Edit the hosts file to add the entry – 255.255.255.255 wpad
3. Disable Windows Scripting Host ( WSH )
By using Symantec noscript (Download: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/noscript.exe)
Or change the registry set the “Enabled” = 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings (Refer: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-script-host-access-is-disabled-on-this-machine)
Remark: It is highly recommend to upgrade your machine to Windows 7 or above (The Windows 10 free upgrade from 7/8.1 will be end at 29 July 2016 – Don’t miss it)

Free Antivirus still support Windows XP
Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition which is still support Windows XP after it EOL over 2 years. (Many paid or free antivirus already drop the support to Windows XP)

Running a Firefox 46.0.1 (32 bits) with EMET 5.5 enabled on Windows 8.1 (64 bits) cause very high CPU usage
When enable the EMET protection on Firefox, it cause the firefox very slow and the CPU used by firefox very high.
The environment: Windows 8.1 (64 bits), Firefox 46.0.1 (32 bits) and EMET 5.5.5871.31892
Workaround solution: Upgrade the Firefox 46.0.1 to 64 bits edition
Remark: Also did not hit the high CPU usage issue after upgrade 47.0

Try Windows defender - limited Periodic scanning mode - Success by using the F-Port Antivirus
Since some major antivirus did not support Windows 10 Insider build and some have compatibility issue with Insider build, I select F-Port Antivirus to run this quest and test the new features "limited Periodic scanning mode", after I install the F-Port and reboot the machine, I able to enable "limited Periodic scanning mode" and complete the quest tasks

On 14361, you will able to run the manual scan, but on 14342, you cannot run the manual scan.

SATA/AHCI on Windows 10 laptop - Prevent event ID 129 issue (the entire system would hang, for 20-30 seconds and then recover)
Solution:
Method 1:
Go to Power Options, change it from from “Balanced” to “High Performance”
Method 2:
Go to Power Options, select change advanced power settings, modifying PCI Express > Link State Power Management > Off

Microsoft Lumia 640 AT&T edition - Windows 10 released finally
Windows 10 mobile for Lumia 640 (AT&T) firmware have been released finally.
The version 1511 build 10.0.10586.318 have been release to Lumia 640 (AT&T)
Since my phone running on Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14352, I need to use Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore my phone back to Windows Phone 8.1
And then, install the apps "Upgrade Advisor".
Upgrade to Windows 10 for mobile, it will be 10.0.10586.107
Run the update again, it will upgrade to 10.0.10586.318

Windows 10 Insider/Technical Preview for Phone (10.0.10586.338) released to "Release Preview" channel device
Nokia Lumia 520 and 525 release Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phone (10.0.10586.338) from Insider Preview under "Insider Release Preview" channel.
But for the device under "Production" channel or not join the Insider Preview, it did not receive any update and still running on the build 10.0.10586.318
