After install Windows Thin PC (WinTPC) is a stripped down version of Windows 7 for legacy PCs (built from a Windows Embedded Standard 7 base), you better to install the Serviceability Update for Windows Thin PC (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40306)
Reboot the PC and done.
