Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview (Build 10512) fail to upgrade to (Build 10536)–Error message 0x800705b4

When you try to upgrade the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview (Build 10512) to (Build 10536), you will receive a error message 0x800705b4 when it is at 6%

 

Solution:

Restore the phone to WP 8.1 by using Windows Phone Recovery Tools
