1. Login as administrator
2. Rename the user profile under c:\users\
3. Go to the following registry and delete the correct key base on ProfileImagePath.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
4. Restart your system
5. Login again by using the user account which is you want to rebuild.
