Please try to use the following method to solve the problem.
1. net stop “spooler”
2. del /S /Q c:\windows\system32\Spool\Printers\*
3. net start “spooler”
If the problem have been repeatedly occur, please check the printer driver is it up-to-date and also the firmware of the printer is it up-to-date.
