- Go to the ruijie network website to search the "EW1800GX"
- Download the firmware – 1.78.1517

- Go to "System" – "Upgrade"
- Select local upgrade
- Click "Browse" and select the file "EW_3.0(1)B11P78_EW1800GX-PRO_09151719.tar.gz" and then upload it
- Click OK to start the upgrade (Make sure you select "Keep Setup" before click "OK")
- Wait for few minutes, then the upgrade complete
