How to enable OneDrive Files On-Demand on Windows Insider build 16215 and 16226?

On 16226, the OneDrive before upgrade is 17.3.6917.0607, there are no Files On-Demand features.

Go to download the new version OneDrive https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=851311

After upgrade to 17.3.6931.0609, it able to enable Files On-Demand features.
