Copy the following files from a machine which is installed flash player plugin

flashplayer.xpt
FlashPlayerPlugin_14_0_0_145.exe
NPSWF32_14_0_0_145.dll

to “C:\<Firefox directory>\FirefoxPortable\App\DefaultData\plugins” and “C:\<Firefox directory>\FirefoxPortable\App\Firefox\plugins”

(Remark: You need to create the folder "plugins" if it is missing - I find this path from appinfo.ini under "C:\<Firefox directory>\FirefoxPortable\App\AppInfo")

* After you start the firefox
I also find that those files being copy to C:\<Firefox directory>\FirefoxPortable\Data\plugins

Step 1: Apply 8.0.10532.166 patch, it take 5 to 10 mins for the update (To prepare to upgrade to WP 8.1)

Step 2: Appy 8.1 update (8.10.12393.890)

Step 3: Accept the EULA

Wait for the installation complete, after that you will running on Windows Phone 8.1 (Nokia Lumia Cyan)
