You better have a excel to keep the following information per install:

1. MS Office Version
   
2. Product Key (on Product Key Card)
   
3. Product Key (from Redeem) Please install with this key or activation)
   
4. Linked Microsoft Account
   
5. Microsoft Account Password
   
6. Name of PC Installed

Record the Product Key on the Product Key Card

1. Keep the Product Key Card
2. Record the Product key from redeem
3. Record the Microsoft account which is linked to the product key
4. Record the PC which is installed the product
