Citrix has identified the issue and released a new EPA plugin for Windows and macOS on 17-Feb-2022

Citrix EPA fails after Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge update to v98
Instead of using the Citrix workaround https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX339975
There are three workaround options:
- Use IE to open the web portal
On Windows 10 – press Win + R to start the "Run", then enter "iexplore"
- Use Firefox to open the web portal
- Use IE mode in Windows 11 to open the web portal (https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/enable-internet-explorer-mode-windows-11)
