- If you upgrade Horizon client from 5.x to 8.x, no action is required on Cisco JVDI client
- If you uninstall/reinstall Horizon client, you need to reinstall Cisco JVDI client after the Horizon client being uninstall / reinstall.

Cisco Jabber for VDI 12.6
Start from 12.6, there are 32bits and 64bits version JVDI client and JVDI agent.
If you are install the 64bits JVDI agent, you must install 64bits JVDI client. If either one on 32bits and another one on 64bits, it will not works.
You can run 32bits client on 64bits OS
