Google Apps Device Policy

網域管理員可以使用專為 Android 應用程式設計的 Google Apps Device Policy，在 Android 行動裝置上執行安全性政策，當 Android 行動裝置遭竊或遺失時還可遠端清除裡面的資料。這個應用程式是在裝置上執行的服務，會定期與裝置的管理伺服器溝通，確保確實執行政策。

如果您設定 Google Apps Device Policy，未安裝 Device Policy 的裝置就無法與您的 Google Apps 網域同步處理資料 (電子郵件、日曆或聯絡人)。

Google Apps Device Policy 是 Android 專用的應用程式。

 

選取您要使用的設定。您可以在 [行動裝置] 網頁中決定以下的安全設定。請注意，只有旁邊帶有 Android 圖示選項才能適用於 Android 裝置。

• 限制 Google Sync：如果裝置不支援您指定的「安全設定」，即無法進行同步處理。
• 使用者必須在其裝置上設定密碼：使用者必須使用密碼來鎖定裝置。
• 密碼強度：不設定密碼條件，或是規定密碼必須要有至少一個字母、一個數字以及一個標點符號。
• 密碼長度下限：規定使用者行動裝置的密碼長度下限。
• 自動鎖定裝置：如果裝置閒置的時間超過指定的時間，即會自動鎖定。
• 密碼輸入錯誤次數上限 (一旦超出限制，即清除裝置)：密碼輸入失敗到達一定次數後，即自動清除裝置上的資料。

勾選標示為 [將設定套用至 Android 裝置上的 Google Apps] 的核取方塊。
注意：一旦啟動此選項後，只有已安裝 Device Policy 應用程式並且執行 Android 2.2 或以上版本的 Android 裝置，才能同步處理 Google Apps 資料 (包括 Gmail、「Google 日曆」和通訊錄)。所有其他的 Android 裝置皆無法與 Google Apps 進行同步處理。如果您希望沒安裝 Device Policy 應用程式的 Android 裝置能繼續保有同步化功能，請勿勾選此方塊。
