- Download the "Ventoy" and use it format a USB thumb drive (It better have 16GB or above)
- Download the "OpenKylin" from mirrors.dotsrc.org
- Copy the ISO file to the USB thumb drive
- Change the laptop UEFI boot to legacy boot and also disable "secure boot" in BIOS
- Use the USB thumb drive to boot the machine to install the OS
