Install Visual Studio 2017 completely offline

After you download the VS 2017 offline installer

Run the command under administrator right:

c:\vs2017layout\vs_professional.exe --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.ManagedDesktop --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NetWeb --add Component.GitHub.VisualStudio –includeOptional

If you install the VS 2017 by using offline installer and without internet connection, you need to

Install three certificates under the “certificates” folder first.
