Windows 7 - set a default wallpaper to all user

1. Copy the customaries wallpaper to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows

2. Rename the current one (Windows default Wallpaper) “img0.jpg” to “img0.old”

3. Rename the customaries wallpaper to “img0.jpg”
