It is failed to sync and cannot open after close the client if you running on Windows 11 23H2 and Office 365 (Version 2308)
Solution 1:
1. Upgrade Office 365 Version 2308 to latest patch (16731.21064)
2. Uninstall OneDrive
3. Delete onedrive remain file under C:\program files
4. Run wsreset.exe
5. Reinstall Onedrive
Solution 2:
1. Upgrade Office 365 Version 2408
Remark: Some case need to uninstall and reinstall Onedrive but most cases upgrade Office 365 to 2408 will fix the issue
