If you install Intel PROSet solution and also use it to lock up the profile, you will not able to remove /forget wifi profile even you use command to remove it and it will show being removed.
Solution:
Uninstall the Proset software and also choice did not keep program setting.
Start from 12.6, there are 32bits and 64bits version JVDI client and JVDI agent.
If you are install the 64bits JVDI agent, you must install 64bits JVDI client. If either one on 32bits and another one on 64bits, it will not works.
You can run 32bits client on 64bits OS
Sophos VPN change profile name
If you want to change the VPN profile name, go to “Program Files (x86)”\Sophos\Sophos SSL VPN Client\config, change those config file name

Since X220 BIOS upgrade cannot running on Windows 10, we need to use bootable CD to run the upgrade.
Beside, if you using UEFI boot for the Windows 10, you need to change the boot mode to both or legacy to run the CD to upgrade BIOS. After the upgrade complete, back to UEFI boot.
